The now head chef is an asset to the establishment and needs to be recognised for his artistic approach to middle class dining. Unfortunatly the same cannot be said about the bar staff as I found them to be overbearing and rude. I contemplated complaining to the manager but as I got close his icy glare and arrogant manner, not only put me off eating the remnants of my fine meal, but also made me quickly get up and leave without leaving a tip.
